Everything sorted into plain rows: what your marks open, where to apply, and the deadlines. No jargon.

Read this first — it clears the whole thing up

Your marks
Bachelor's pass · APS 26 · Maths Literacy 59% (not pure Maths). Solid marks — they open diplomas cleanly. They fall just short of most degree entry bars (which want a higher APS, or pure Maths, or a Level-4 Life Orientation you don't have).
Diploma?
A 3-year, more hands-on qualification — one step below a degree, and the thing you can get into now.
The ladder
A diploma isn't a dead end. You climb from it to a full degree with roughly one extra year. Same destination — different door.

Where
DUT (Durban) and TUT (Pretoria) are your two solid universities of technology. UJ (Joburg) takes you for a certificate + a couple of extended options. That's your real footprint — all three cities covered.
Your AI edge
None of this needs your building/AI skill — you bring that on top of whatever you study. The qualification is the door; the AI is what makes you valuable once you're through it.

Ruled out — so you can stop wondering

Checked to the bottom against official 2027 prospectuses. These need pure Maths (which you don't have) — not worth your time.
Quantity Surveying · Construction Management · Engineering
↳ All need pure Mathematics. Closed — this is the ceiling, now confirmed.
Any BCom degree (UJ / UKZN / Wits) · Construction Health & Safety diploma · Environmental Management · Town Planning
↳ Pure Maths or don't exist at your city campuses. Verified — no route in without a maths rewrite.
IT / Computer Science / Informatics / Multimedia — every institution, final verdict (25 Jul)
↳ Read straight from TUT's official 2027 first-year document: every ICT diploma needs Maths Lit 6 (70%+) — even the Extended versions — or pure Maths. You have ML 4 (59%). DUT IT: ML 5–6. UJ IT: pure Maths. UNISA: Diploma IT needs Maths 50%, and no Higher Certificate in IT exists. Tech via a qualification is closed — everywhere, at every level. Checked once, properly, done. Your tech-adjacent clear is #3 (Business & Information Management), and your real tech edge is the AI skill you already built yourself — no diploma teaches that.
